Recent achievements, challenges and future plans
Major achievements in recent years (3 years):
* The whole institution including class room, balcony has been renovated and painted and a better environment has been created by increasing the Sri of the whole institution.
* Teacher's room, principal's room, office balcony and academic room are tiled by Education Engineering.
* 64 TSC equipments and materials received by the capacity building project have been installed in the respective branches.
* Broadband internet connectivity with Wi-Fi, closed circuit cameras and vision bill boards have been installed in the institution.
* Multimedia projectors have been installed in classrooms and workshops.
* MoU signed with industries.
* 2 half buildings have been constructed by Education Engineering.
* Student's class room has been heat proofed by installing ceiling in tin shed room.
* Renovation of main building, elevation with boundary wall paint, technical education slogans inscribed on boundary wall.
Issues and Challenges:
* Shortage of teachers and staff.
* Lack of infrastructure.
* Lack of modern machinery and workshops.
* Lack of social awareness.
* Lack of industry linkages.
Future Plans:
* Creation of smart classrooms, smart workshops, smart labs for smart education.
* Creating skilled manpower suitable for the country and international labor market.
* Encouraging students to improve their skills in practical classes.
* Increasing technical education rate, reducing drop out and increasing examination result rate.
* Encouraging self-employment.
* Construction of roads with sheds for the movement of classrooms to different locations within the institution.
* Construction of smart meeting/seminar rooms.
Potential major achievements for FY 2024-25:
Providing stipend to 795 students.
Providing training to 30 teachers, officials, employees.
Completing the purchase activities of the organization through e-GP.
Capacity building of 375 unemployed youths through organization development and approved short course training under Asset Project.
Drainage arrangements for water disposal of institutions through municipalities.
Improvement of beauty by replacing the old windows of the administrative building by installing improved Thai windows by Education Engineering.
Providing security and garden lighting inside the institution through educational engineering.
Development of the working environment of the organization.

1.1 Vision
Modernization of technical and vocational education, development of human resources, achievement of economic prosperity and improvement of quality of life with the aim of building a smart and developed Bangladesh by 2041.
1.2 Mission
Formulation of necessary policies and programmes, implementation of projects, setting of standards and monitoring and evaluation to ensure quality technical and vocational education and training.

1. Enhancement of facilities and institutional capacity for imparting quality technical and vocational education;
2. Improving the quality of technical and vocational education and training;
3. Strengthening administrative activities and monitoring in technical and vocational education;
4. Creating skilled human resources with human values suitable for domestic and international labor market;

1. Encouraging demand-based technical and vocational education and training;
2. Developing teacher knowledge, skills and attitudes;
3. Identify technical and vocational education and training needs relevant to national and international labor markets;
4. Formulate training plans and programs according to local and international labor market needs;
5. For the purpose of creating skilled human resources with human values suitable for the domestic and international labor market, increased communication and signing of memorandum of understanding between industrial organizations and factories.
6. Organization of skills competition and job fair to make students proficient in latest technology.
7. Organization of subject-specific seminars and workshops in the field of technical and vocational education and training;
8. Establishment of women's technical schools and colleges, increase in women's quota, introduction of women-friendly trades and increase of facilities to encourage women in technical education with a view to gender equality;
9. Providing skill enhancement training (basic course, short course, 360 hour course etc.)
10. Formulation of laws/policies/action plans and organization of topic-based workshops to address the potential challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
11. Implementation of Annual Purchase Plan.
